Stacy Atwater Jones
Health and Wellness Coach | Nutrition Consultant
Stacy, founder and CEO of Transformations Health and Healing has leveraged her more than twenty years of Executive experience as well as her background in health and wellness education to develop holistic wellness programs that focus on transformation from the inside out. Stacy stands on the principles of Romans 12:1-2 and firmly believes that weight loss is an outward manifestation of an inward change. She believes that you must focus on the hurts and habits that prevent you from enjoying a healthy and fulfilling life. Then and only then will you experience life transformation.
Stacy has a bachelors degree in education and will receive a Masters of Arts in Religion-Pastoral Counseling in 2023. She also holds a Nutrition Consultant Certification and Health and Wellness Coach certification, along with multiple Personal Care certifications through The Institute of Personal Care.
Stacy utilizes her background in education and instruction to integrate quality health and wellness education into her business practices. Her desire is to see clients achieve complete wellness: body, mind and spirit.
Bi-lingual Dietitian and Nutrition Specialist
Blanca Meiji is a certified nutrition specialist and a licensed dietitian working in the Baltimore and Gaithersburg areas. She is passionate about enabling her patients to improve their lives through healthful nutritional practices.
Blanca does not believe in dieting, but instead, she believes in empowering patients to become experts on their own nutritional needs. She aims to provide an environment that motivates patients to make gradual, long-lasting changes that can lead to a healthier lifestyle. Blanca also provides her services in Spanish!
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Britney received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition/dietetics at Arizona State University. She completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University.Britney believes healthy nutrition is not based on restriction. Instead, she knows that nutrition involves fueling your body well, taking a non-diet approach by listening to hunger/fullness cues, eating mindfully, and improving your relationship with food and the body. She values a simple approach to healthy eating by helping clients to find self-motivation and make small changes to fight and prevent disease or poor nutrition. Being a marathon runner, she also loves to help athletes achieve their athletic goals using food to fuel for optimal performance.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Christine Babey graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and graduated from Texas A&M University with an M.S. in Nutrition In addition, Christine is a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) to help clients manage this disease. Christine also has experience with geriatric nutrition, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, and weight loss.
She enjoys working with clients, focusing on their needs and goals, and providing a path towards healthy habits that can improve their quality of life.
Personal Trainer | Health and Wellness Coach
René Loeb has been helping women become healthier through fitness and wellness for more than 25 years. She's owned a Jazzercise Fitness Center for 12 years and continues to teach the program. In addition, she recently obtained her master's degree in Health & Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrated Health.
She loves what she does because it makes a real difference in people's lives. She's inspired how women commit to getting healthy despite the many challenges.
She's worked with women going through divorces, miscarriages, job losses, and other life-changing events. These clients trust her to guide them through the tough times and to her it's humbling and so gratifying.
With a degree in Exercise Physiology and more than 8 years of experience, Alexandra has dedicated her life to help change and instill healthier mindsets and overall healthier lifestyles.
As an Ambassador for Jesus Christ and strength training, Alexandra has taken the two to create Faithfully Fit Training, advocating for those seeking longevity and to live a fit live faithfully.
With her certifications in personal training through the American Council of Sports Medicine and strength coaching through USA Weightlifting, Alexandra stands currently as the Fitness Coordinator for the YMCA of Baltimore City and Strength Coach for Under Amor Performance Center.
