Whether you are looking to lose weight or maintain and healthy lifestyle, our program is designed for you. We offer a non-medical weight loss program inclusive of nutrition education, health coaching, and fitness training. You'll work with our Weight Management Specialist to build healthy habits that will shed those unwanted pounds and put you on the road to sustainable weight loss.

Our Weight Management Specialist works one-on-one with you providing strategies and setting goals to help you change destructive eating habits and break the “diet mentality” for good. Our Blueprint to Healthy Weight Loss arms you with tools that will help you approach weight management with a more positive and productive mindset. You'll learn how to:


Find your "why" helps your explore how weight loss connects with your purpose. You’ll evaluate the "why" behind your weight loss and set wellness goals that focus on understanding your why, identifying obstacles and developing action plans that will assist you in boosting your success.


Transform the idea of "being "skinny" to living a fit, healthy and nutritious life. Break the obsession with the number on the scale and learn strategies to measure weight loss success in a more meaningful way.

What's on your plate

Explore your food personality and discover how knowing your food personality helps you understand triggers and overcome barriers to sustainably lose and maintain weight. Learn science-based strategies to help you stay motivated, find, and stick with your weight loss goals.

Studies show that logging your food intake is an effective method for weight loss.  It forces you to think about what and how much you’re eating. Learn to consistently and effectively use "ATE Mindful Eating" to track and evaluate your eating habits and patterns, set goals, and create meals plans. Track what you ate, why you ate, and how it made you feel.


Break the cycle of eating out of habit. Learn how to recognize your hunger cues and gain control over your eating .


While nutrition is the 80% superstar in the weight loss relationship, you can't neglect the 20%, of necessary movement for sustainable weight loss. Learn to incorporate the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity into your week with fun, safe, and challenging workouts.
