Here at Transformations Health and Healing, we take a multifaceted approach to senior wellness. Our Restorative Exercise Program includes mental and physical workouts designed to stimulate the mind and to reduce cognitive decline. Our nutrition program, guided by our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), provides you with the education and strategies to help you maintain a balanced and nutritious diet packed with all the nutrients needed as you age.

Restorative Exercise


We recognize that seniors have. different needs when it comes to exercise. Our personal trainer works with you to determine the best approach to physical activity. Through comprehensive assessments, clients receive personal training that includes aerobic activity, strength-building exercises, stretching and balance, all designed to support: improved mental healt; mood and outlook; prevention/improvement of diseases such as diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and osteoporosis; reduced pain from arthritis and minimizing its severity, decreasing risk of falls.

Nutrition Counseling

Our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)  provides one-on-one nutrition counseling that includes both education and science-based methods. You'll receive a comprehensive nutrition plan that is unique to your goals and needs. Some of the topics our nutrition counseling covers are: 

  • eating a variety of nutritious foods
  • eating more dietary fiber
  • consuming enough fluids
  • addressing any barriers to healthy eating
  • preventing or treating chronic diseases
  • minimizing food/drug interaction.

Meal Planning

Our highly trained dietitians have the dietary expertise and familiarity with seniors’ health issues to properly assist you in planning healthy meals. We also provide dietitian crafted meal plans tailored to suit specific dietary needs and preferences.
