For people living with chronic pain, the initial response is often to avoid activity.  Getting regular exercise, controlling stress, and eating healthy foods all work together to reduce chronic pain.  We provide an integrative approach to managing chronic pain. Our team works with you to help you increase flexibility, strength and stamina, learn stress management techniques,  improve the quality of life and facilitate a return to regular daily activities.

Program Ingredients

Resotrative WellCare helps you reduce pain by providing a comprehensive approach to pain management. It includes restorative exercise focused specifically on correcting musculoskeletal imbalances that cause discomfort and decreased functional movement. The plan includes a customized anti-inflammatory nutrition plan that provides nutritiously-dense, anti-inflammatory foods, and stress management coaching designed to help you manage the stressors that may be a contributor to increased pain. 

Restorative Exercise 

The personalized program offers step-by-step instruction to support clients to safely improve physical movement, increase self-confidence, and boost self-esteem so they can return to doing the things they love.


Restorative Movement is offered as personal one-on-one instruction or in a small group class setting. Each 50-minute session integrates a series of corrective exercises to help problematic movement patterns and help restore overall health and wellness. 

Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan

Research suggest that incorporating anti-inflammatory food into your daily meal plan can help reduce chronic pain.  Our anti-inflammatory plan contains low-glycemic recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugar, maintaining healthy weight, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion, and reducing inflammation associated with chronic pain.


Our anti-inflammatory meal plan provides weekly plans that emphasize preparing and incorporating plant-based foods into your diet. With ample amounts of recipes and the expertise of our dietitians, this meal plan provides a roadmap to foods that will help reduce inflammation and chronic pain.

Stress Management Coaching

Living with chronic pain produces a level of stress, making it harder for you to work and enjoy everyday activities. Stress can activate the immune system and cause increased inflammation in the body. This inflammation can aggravate many causes of chronic pain.

Our Restorative WellCare program provides a solution to help you manage stress. Through our coaching methods, we'll  guide you through the process of identifying stress contributors and arm you with tools and strategies that will help you reduce or eliminate chronic pain. 


Your coach will work one-on-one with you to assess and identify your stress management needs and to provide education and strategies to help you maintain and reduce your stress by using coping strategies, boundary setting, and relaxation techniques.
