We provide virtual and in-person services. designed to equip women with the practical tools to pursue their health goals . Our passion is our clients’ success. We recognize that many people are battling with health issues that affect many parts of their lives. We’ve identified that in many cases people’s challenges are born out of years of hurts, habits, and hang-ups that can cause people to lose motivation.
Our unique approach promotes wellness from the inside out by transforming the way you think about wellness,, initiating accountability to help you stick to your goals, and develop lifelong mindful habits. We offer programs that assists our clients in achieving lifelong transformation that is sustainable.
Get to Know Our Founder and CEO
Stacy Atwater Jones
In the early stages of my professional career, I was growing more aware of the careless way many of us lead our lives. The modern hubbub, junk food and technologically inclined lifestyle were cluttering our minds. This gave way to many pestering problems like stress, unhealthy eating habits, and frustration. While my background was not in the health and wellness industry, I possessed the passion, curriculum development, and years of corporate business development experience to create a winning solution. I pursued health and wellness credentials and began to craft holistic health and healing programs that I believe are the answer to breaking lifelong cycles of yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and food addiction.
During the same time period my father, who was in middle-stage Alzheimer’s disease, came under my care. I soon grew accustomed to his needs. A few years later, a neighbor"s spouse of 58 years passed away and she was left all alone with no family support. I simply started visiting her and accompanying her in daily activities which included managing her health and wellness needs. It was then that I noticed that when given holistic support, seniors have an easier transition into this new phase of life. All they really need is a dash of physical, nutritional and emotional support to live full and healthy lives.
Hence, Transformations Health and Healing was born. This passion to transform lives and provide low-cost health and healing services helps me impart everything I have learned on my road to discovering lifelong transformation. My singular mission is to transform one life at a time in a non-judgmental, prescriptive, and supportive way. My passion is Health. My mission is Healing.
